Terms of Service

Effective October 1, 2026

These terms apply to your use of airch.studio and our enquiry form. The website is run by AIRCH, a company based in Texas, USA ("AIRCH", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Our services

The website describes the rendering, virtual staging and design services we offer. Prices, timelines and examples on the website are for information only and are not an offer. We only take on work under a written proposal and our Services Agreement, which you accept before any work begins. If these terms and the Services Agreement say different things, the Services Agreement applies to that work.

2. Enquiries

When you send us an enquiry, you confirm that:

  • the details are accurate, and are your own or those of someone who has asked you to contact us for them;

  • you are asking about a genuine project; and

  • you are a person filling in the form yourself.

You must not send false or misleading enquiries, use another person's name or contact details, or submit enquiries using bots, scripts, AI agents or any other automated means. We may block, discard or report such submissions, and we keep records of them, including the date and time and the network they came from, so that we can protect our business and pursue any claim.

3. Files you send us

You confirm that you own, or have permission to share, any plans, photographs or other files you upload or link to, and that we may use them to assess and quote for your project. If no project goes ahead, we may delete them.

4. Using our website

You must not:

  • copy, scrape or download our images, videos or text in bulk or by automated means;

  • use any content from our website to train or test artificial intelligence or machine learning models;

  • interfere with the website or its security, or try to reach parts of it that are not public; or

  • use the website for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone.

5. Our content

The images, renders, videos, text, logos and other content on our website belong to AIRCH or are used with permission. You may view them and share links to our pages. You may not copy, publish, edit or sell them, or present them as your own work, without our written permission. Client projects appear on our website with our clients' agreement.

6. About our visuals

Our renders are artistic visualisations of a design. They are not architectural or construction documents and may differ from what is built. Virtually staged images are digitally altered photographs.

7. Other websites

Our website links to other websites and services, such as Google's booking page. We are not responsible for their content or how they work.

8. No warranties

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AIRCH is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, and our total liability for any claim about your use of the website is limited to $100. This section does not apply to work we do for you under a Services Agreement, which has its own terms, and does not limit any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Responsibility for misuse

If you break these terms, for example by submitting false or automated enquiries, you agree to compensate AIRCH for the losses and reasonable costs that result, including legal fees.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about them will be decided by the courts located in Texas.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date at the top.
